Building Code & Bushfire Hazard Solutions Pty Ltd is an independent Australian Company specialising in providing solutions to assist with development applications. Our Bushfire Consultants ensure that the applications comply with the legislated bushfire regulations contained within Planning for Bush Fire Protection & Australian Standard 3959 'Construction of buildings in a bushfire prone areas.

Building Code and Bushfire Hazard Solutions Pty Limited employ's three full time BPAD-A accredited bushfire consultants ('recognised qualified consultants' by the NSW Rural Fire Service) which allows us to prepare Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) Assessments for Complying Development or Bushfire Assessment Reports for infill (e.g. new dwellings, knock-down rebuild, alt & adds etc.) or integrated (e.g. subdivision or Special Fire Protection Purpose) DA submission. All bushfire assessments prepared by us are peer reviewed by at least one other BPAD-A accredited bushfire consultant ensuring the highest standard of work. 

Building Code & Bushfire Hazard Solutions also trades as Asset Protection Zone Maintenance which is a dedicated branch soley for establishing and/or maintaining Fire Breaks.
