The New Rouse Hill – Large scale residential subdivision
The New Rouse Hill is a new residential community which includes residential allotments of various sizes, townhouses, residential apartment buildings, a Town Centre (containing numerous retail outlets) and several open space areas.
The New Rouse Hill will become home to approximately 4500 residents upon completion.
BCBHS has provided design input and the necessary Bushfire Assessment Reports for various stages of The New Rouse Hill since 2007.
As the development included areas of significant environmental values BCBHS worked closely with the ecological consultants to ensure a balanced and safe outcome was achieved.
LendLease being extremely focused on quality developments (with no hidden surprises to future home owners) also commissioned BCBHS to prepare a report for the future land owners explaining what it means to be in a bushfire prone area and what impact (cost, materials etc) the various Bushfire Attack Levels will have on their new home.
