The New Rouse Hill – Large scale residential subdivision

The New Rouse Hill is a new residential community which includes residential allotments of various sizes, townhouses, residential apartment buildings, a Town Centre (containing numerous retail outlets) and several open space areas.
The New Rouse Hill will become home to approximately 4500 residents upon completion.
BC&BHS has provided design input and the necessary Bush Fire Assessment Reports for various stages of The New Rouse Hill since 2007.
As the development included areas of significant environmental values BC&BHS worked closely with the ecological consultants to ensure a balanced and safe outcome was achieved.
As our client is extremely focused on quality developments (with no hidden surprises to future home owners) we were commissioned to prepare an additional report for the future land owners explaining what it means to be in a bushfire prone area and what impact (cost, materials etc) the various Bushfire Attack Levels ratings will have on their new home.
